Frank Mitchell2024-01-13OUTSTANDING Service!!! Called late on a Thursday needing a 4 point Inspection on Friday for switching homeowners Insurance. Squeezed us in on their schedule, and showed up a half hour early for 11 AM appointment(called first), completed inspection, and had my report to Insurance broker before 2 PM!!!! Friendly, professional service & communication from everyone in office to Greg, the actual Inspector. TOP NOTCH!!! Greg even advised about Oak leaves on roof (highly acidic) being maintained better to extend longevity of our roof shingles. Thanks Greg!!!!

He was very detailed, immediately knew all the important places where and what to look at, used special modern instruments to measure temperature, detect moisture, cold, etc., photographed every detail, and assessed all the shortcomings and positive aspects of the house at a high professional level. I found this company simply on the Internet, but now I recommend it to all my friends. Eric, thank you for doing such a great job!
Bill Stichter2023-09-28Eric came out to do a Wind Mitigation Inspection Report. He was on time for the appointment. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and easy to do business with. Going through the inspection he explained everything to me and what he was doing. He also gave me some helpful hints and things I should follow up on. After he finished he told me he would send the results and paperwork that night and the next morning. He did, commitment met. He also sent a copy to my insurance agent. He could not have been nicer. I am a repeat customer with Hope Home Inspections and would recommend them again and again, as well as Eric. Great Job Eric. Thanks.
