Robert
Robert is a long-time resident of Sarasota. He is our Lead Inspector and a licensed mold assessor. Originally from London, he moved to the United States of America in 1982. Robert has a long career in the design, development, and renovation of real estate.
In addition to being a licensed home inspector, he is a Captain and a Grandpa. He enjoys fishing and spending time boating with his friends and family.

William
William is one of those rare species, a native of Sarasota! William is the father of a beautiful and healthy baby boy. He has worked with his father, Robert, for years in the Real Estate renovation business and joined the Hope Home Inspections team in September of 2015. He strives to provide honest and detailed home inspections for all his clients.
When he’s not busy working, he spends much of his spare time with friends and family, fishing and boating, as he has his captain’s license.

Justin joined the Hope Home Inspections Team to be able to use his skills and knowledge of construction to help others in their home-buying process. When he is not busy inspecting homes, Justin enjoys off-roading with a local jeep club and hanging out with friends and family.

As a recent graduate from FSU, his attention to detail has allowed him to excel in the industry. He specializes in Drone and Radon. He takes pride in his reports and always spends the extra time to answer questions when his clients review their reports. He enjoys watching College Football and spending time with his family. He was born and raised in Bradenton and is a proud graduate of Manatee High School. After graduating, he joined the United States Coast Guard, where he spent two years stationed on a construction tender in the Great Lakes. Following that assignment, he spent another two years in Mississippi working with a law enforcement unit.
Outside of work, he enjoys staying active and spending time on the water. His hobbies include cooking, surfing, diving, and spearfishing. He also genuinely enjoys connecting with people and is always up for a good conversation.
