This area is growing rapidly. With all the publicity we have received lately about our awesome beaches, lifestyle and restaurants, real estate prices have been rising and so has new construction.

This region has a great deal of new construction and growth and we have special programs if you are building a home. These programs include inspecting the home while it is being built. Being able to examine what is in the walls before the drywall goes up can be extremely valuable.  We have seen structural issues and plumbing problems that could not have been detected if we had come after the home was finished. When it is completed, many times we find issues with the roof and in the attic area that a buyer may never know about until there is a leak or sever storm. But there are many older homes and mobile homes here as well.   These homes require additional attention to their foundations and crawl spaces. Our inspectors will examine the crawlspace and foundation supports.  They will physically access this area. If they can not get under the home or manufactured home, we have special tools that will allow us to view and photograph it. On mobile homes checking the vapor barrier and tie downs is crucial.
