Doing Our Part to Protect Customers, Agents, and our Inspectors.
Rest assured we are open and performing inspections and NONE of our inspectors or employees have been outside of Florida in the past 14 days.
In an effort to minimize the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we have the following protocols in place:
- Property Access/Attendance –
- If for any reason you are not comfortable attending the inspection, with your permission, the inspectors will use their Supra E-keys to gain access to the property and can provide a phone consultation if requested.
- Hand Washing –
- The inspectors will have their own soap dispensers and will wash their hans frequently during the inspection.
- Protective Gear –
- They will put on disposable gloves and face protection at every inspection to minimize exposure and are equipped with Clorox wipes in the event they do need to touch something without gloves.
- Contact –
- Our inspectors have been instructed NOT to shake hands with anyone.
- Sick –
- All inspectors have been instructed to stay home if they become sick or have been exposed to someone who is sick.
