- A current Home Inspector license or must complete a 120 hours of online course work and pass the national home inspector exam.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Detail Oriented
- Basic computer and smart phone skills (mobile apps, email, etc)
- Ability to type.
- Clean, valid Florida Driver’s License.
- Clean drug and background screening.
